本產(chǎn)品以健康胎牛血液為原料加工而成,經(jīng)3次0.1 μm微孔濾膜過(guò)濾,無(wú)支原體污染,不含BVDV、BPV等牛源病毒,內(nèi)毒素水平極低。培養(yǎng)細(xì)胞種類多,細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)速度快,狀態(tài)好,適用于間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞的培養(yǎng)。培養(yǎng)的細(xì)胞適用于多種下游實(shí)驗(yàn)。

通過(guò)免疫熒光抗體法檢測(cè)TransGen FQ血清中的病毒殘留,結(jié)果如下:

支原體檢測(cè)

使用全式金支原體檢測(cè)試劑盒 TransDetect? PCR Mycoplasma Detection Kit (FM311)對(duì)Company B和TransGen FQ血清進(jìn)行檢測(cè),結(jié)果表明,Company B 和TransGen FQ血清均無(wú)支原體污染。
