TransStem? Serum-Free, Xeno-Free Human Mesenchymal Stromal Cell Medium (GMP Grade)是一種GMP級別的無血清、無動物源性成分的完全培養(yǎng)基，適合人多能性干細胞衍生、臍帶、骨髓、脂肪等多種來源的間充質(zhì)干細胞（human mesenchymal stromal cells, hMSCs）的分離、擴增和復蘇。本產(chǎn)品穩(wěn)定性好，支持hMSCs穩(wěn)定傳代至15代。利用本產(chǎn)品培養(yǎng)的hMSCs具有較高的成骨、軟骨、脂肪細胞分化的能力和較強的免疫調(diào)節(jié)能力。
