本試劑盒適用于從50 μl-1.5 ml新鮮抗凝血液中提取總RNA。血液被異硫氰酸胍裂解，DNA被DNase I消化，RNA與硅膠膜離心柱特異地結合。提取的總RNA純度高，沒有DNA和蛋白質污染，適用于RT-PCR、qRT-PCR、芯片分析、Northern Blot等實驗。
