本試劑盒采用改良的堿裂解法裂解大腸桿菌細胞，利用硅膠膜離心柱特異地吸附DNA，適用于從≤ 20 ml LB培養(yǎng)基培養(yǎng)的大腸桿菌細胞中高效地提取質粒DNA，最大提取量可達40 μg 。溶液包含指示劑，通過顏色的變化，指示裂解、中和是否完全，從而保證質粒提取的質量，實現操作的可視化。提取的質粒DNA適用于酶切、連接、轉化、測序等實驗。
