本試劑盒進行了體外轉錄體系的優(yōu)化,利用T7 RNA Polymerase,以含有T7啟動子的超螺旋質粒DNA或線性DNA為模板,對T7啟動子下游的DNA序列進行高效轉錄。本產品適用于制備長度超過6000 nt的高濃度RNA,使用1 μg DNA模板可在20 μl體系生成150~280 μg的RNA (如果想獲得毫克級的RNA產物,可平行放大反應體系)。制備的RNA可用于體外翻譯、RNase保護實驗、RNA剪切以及雜交探針標記等。
